Cancellation Policy – The Skin Elite

At The Skin Elite, we value your time and strive to provide the best service to all our clients. To ensure fairness and availability for everyone, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

• No-Call, No-Shows: If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without notifying us, a $150 fee will be charged to the card on file.
• Same-Day Cancellations: Appointments canceled on the same day will also incur a $150 fee.

To avoid these charges, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. You can call us at 210-800-9696 or email info@theskinelite.com to cancel. Leaving a voicemail message qualifies as proper notice for canceling an appointment.
